I have a deep respect for the creators of D&D and I LOVE to hear or read stories about the exploits of some of Greyhawks first player characters (such as Tenser, Robilar, etc.).

Back in the day, henchmen were huge and to be honest, I’m shocked more players do not attempt such antics today (or perhaps they do and DMs today shoot them down more often than not).

Either way, you have to respect the enterprising (if not cold-blooded) nature of the forefathers of D&D.
